Developed and implemented complementary financial planning and SEC reporting systems, international capital/tax strategies, flexible processes, and robust internal controls supportive of rapidly growing U.S.-based private and public companies engaged in substantial operations in Europe and Asia.

Most recently, completed the sale of Corium (Nasdaq: CORI) in a take-private transaction valued in excess of $500M.
