In leading law firms and companies, I’ve helped businesses achieve their goals by successfully identifying, prioritizing, and managing risks. As Senior Legal Counsel at Shell Oil Company, I leverage my deep background in environmental law and corporate law to address the commercial aspects of exploration and production of shale oil and gas, including the use of hydraulic fracturing.

I’ve been honored to serve in key professional and civic leadership roles. At Shell, I’ve chaired Legal Recruiting and represented the Company in the Leadership Counsel for Leadership Diversity, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, and the Western States Petroleum Association (Legal Rep.). I am also a Board member of Houston Wilderness and have held board roles in several dance companies, reflecting my lifelong appreciation for the discipline and confidence dance teaches young women.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jeff Tolnar creates the strategic direction of all technical aspects within BPL Global. He directs the development and deployment of Distribution Intelligence and Broadband solutions, and manages vendor relations. Mr. Tolnar comes to BPL Global with more than 18 years of experience in the networking and communications sectors, including leadership roles in Fortune 50 companies and start-ups. Before joining BPL Global, Mr. Tolnar was a Vice President and founding member of Amperion, where he managed sales, field services, marketing, business development and regulatory affairs. Previously, he held the roles of Chief Technology Officer for AEP Communications and Vice President of Broadband Initiatives for American Electric Power. As CTO of AEP Communications, Mr. Tolnar headed business development, strategic planning, technical investment analysis, and vendor selection for an AEP subsidiary with more than $300 million in assets. Prior to joining AEP, Mr. Tolnar enjoyed a 14 year career at Sprint where he had various leadership roles including operational and technology positions in nearly every broadband communications discipline. Mr. Tolnar has a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master's in Business Administration.

Mark Steffler CPA CA is a Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer at Legend 3D VR VFX and Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer at Greenlots and is based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked as Assistant Controller at First Capital Realty, Toronto; Vice President Finance at Northwater Capital Management Inc.; and Senior Consultant Corporate Treasury at Canada Life Assurance. Mark works or has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Legend3D Inc. He studied at Institute Of Chartered Accountants until 1999 and University of Windsor between 1996 and 1999.

Matt Androski is a Chief Commercial Officer at Greenlots, VP Sales West Region at BEA Systems, and General Manager Vice President Western Region Sales at Hitachi Vantara and is based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked as Vice President Americas Sales at FICO, Area Vice President Sales at Adobe Inc., and Enterprise Corporate Account Sales Manager at MICROSOFT CORP. Matt attended James Madison University JMU between 1978 and 1982 and Haas School of Business University of California Berkeley between 2007 and 2007.
