Able to pick the hours that fit my schedule. Local management is supportive and thankful for extra effort and has rewarded "above and beyond duty" with gas cards, etc. Tips can be outstanding if you (the driver) is outstanding.
base salary may seem low, but tips are usually very equitable.

At least for now, a driver or agent can work any number of hours they want and it's easy to get day off. Not so much for thr dispatchers.
Thr upper management couldn't give a rip about the local operation; old shuttles and buses, the building is in disrepair, the computers are outdated, the software is horrible, the website is almost unusable for making reservations, the telephone system is horrible, new drivers can't even get uniforms, no raises or performance reviews
