Growers Express Leadership

Kirk Wagner is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Growers Express, LLC, a processor of frozen conventional and organic value added vegetable products and the master licensee of the Green Giant Fresh® brand in North America and Europe. Kirk is also President of Pacific Captive Insurance Company, Inc. and its parent, Pacific Risk Management, LLC, self-insuring the worker's compensation exposure of Growers Express and its 20 affiliated growing, harvesting, labor supply and processing/shipping companies (3,500 +/- EE). Kirk serves on various industry-related boards representing the interests of the produce industry on all matters relating to agricultural labor and international trade. Prior to joining Growers Express in 2011, Kirk was a trial lawyer specializing in commercial litigation. Kirk is licensed to practice in Nevada (1995), California (1997) and Texas (2009).
