Responsible for the Master Plan Implementation and the Strategic Plan for the company using BSC - Balanced Scorecard. • Leader of the logistics outsourcing project at Basf, Bayer, DuPont and Syngenta.Established a 20.000 m� distribution center for one of our clients, Bayer CropScience, handling 600.000 pallets a year, with a group of 200 teammates. This project is 100% integrated with the production unity, and concentrates all the logistics functions. Coordinated a R$ 25 millions investment, with a projected income of R$ 10 millions a year and a 20-year contract, monitored by 10 KPIs.• Managed strategic contracts, with a characteristic of a high financial volume and high business relevance. Monitored interfaces and negotiations, promoting gains in terms of operation results and quality.• Managed costs, in all branches of the company, located in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
