Align proposed solutions with industry trends such as fraud prevention, legacy system modernization, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and the integration of AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop solution components, cost estimates, and implementation plans. Support mobilizing delivery teams post-award, ensuring continuity and clarity of vision and, where applicable, deliver technology projects with high client satisfaction. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with healthcare stakeholders to refine requirements and validate technology solution approaches. What You Will Need: 15+ years of relevant technology consulting experience. 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and solution architecture with healthcare clients Strong relationships with healthcare technology stakeholders and a reputation for trusted delivery. Proven ability to lead technical solutioning in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in shaping new business opportunities and technology programs. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation capabilities. Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field. What Would Be Nice to Have: Experience working with healthcare innovation teams or digital transformation offices. Prior experience in a technology consulting role at a larger muti-disciplinary consulting firm working with commercial banking, insurance, or fintech clients. Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and compliance requirements. The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
