About the team/role:
As Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Supply Intelligence function. You will be a coach player and lead a small team of highly skilled analysts, partnering across R&D, Product, and Commercial to drive auction performance, revenue optimization, and competitive positioning. Responsibilities:
Strategy - Set the vision
Define and own the long-term strategy for Supply Intelligence, aligning with the overall SDK, exchange, and company objectives.
Establish frameworks and standards for auction insights, ensuring consistent methodologies across traffic shaping, mediation, and other levers.
Internal Partnerships - Partner to influence
Work hand-in-hand with Programmatic Exchange Commercial to align auction intelligence with publisher-facing strategies, ensuring revenue protection while supporting growth negotiations.
Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmap decisions with business objectives through data-driven insights.
Drive joint initiatives with GTM and Finance to maximize revenue and market share.
Execution - Execute with rigor
Oversee investigations into auction-level performance fluctuations, triage technical and commercial issues, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Protect revenue by designing monitoring systems and processes that detect anomalies early and ensure rapid resolution.
Leadership - Lead with impact
Lead and grow a team of analysts, providing coaching on technical rigor, problem-solving, and business context.
Represent Supply Intelligence in senior leadership forums, synthesizing auction complexity into actionable strategic recommendations.
Foster a culture of scalable, reproducible analytics by standardizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
Requirements:
Education: B.A./B.S. in Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in analytics or strategy, with 4+ years leading teams; AdTech or auction-based marketplace experience strongly preferred.
Technical: Mastery of SQL and experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Trino). Python skills for data manipulation and automation preferred.

Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate's location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role:

All other California and Washington state locations, Austin, Boston, Denver, Portland: $188,600 - $216,200

Proven experience with GTM tech stacks - including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, and CRM integrations - is essential. Must be able to advise customers on configuration best practices and data hygiene.
Strong technical acumen - able to interpret API documentation, work with data mapping, and guide integration setup between Apollo and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools).
Hands-on experience designing and executing customer onboarding programs for mid-market to enterprise accounts - from kickoff through launch, with clear project plans and measurable outcomes.

Role Description:
ShipBob is looking for a Senior Manager, Merchant Success to lead our team of high-performing Merchant Success Managers who serve as strategic partners to ShipBob's Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market customers operating across ecommerce and retail fulfillment channels. The Senior Manager will drive customer outcomes through proactive consultation, and operational excellence, ensuring our merchants succeed as they scale through omnichannel growth.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
The Product Safety team is seeking a technical leader with experience in the full end to end development lifecycle for Autonomous Vehicle. As the technical leader, you will need to stay current on industry best practices and standards and guide the development of May Mobility's safety strategy considering relevant standard UL. 4600. ISO 21448, ISO 8800. This leader role provides safety guidance to the engineering development teams that are focused on development, and assess their work products.. As a Senior Manager/Lead Engineer, this role is expected to lead a team of Safety Engineers through development, management, and mentorship.
As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for working with our partners and customers to define safety strategies and targets for autonomous driving systems, understand their challenges and needs, and collaborate on new learning solutions. You will apply your experience with ISO 8800 and ISO 24118 to ensure we develop, deploy and maintain safe autonomous systems in simulation, on closed courses and on public roads.
Essential Responsibilities
Referencing ISO 8800, ISO 21448 and AV industry best practices, develop the strategy for ensuring safe autonomous system development, deployment and maintenance.
Set the strategy for how we systematically break down operational design domain components and driving behavior components and how these are validated in aggregate and on a per behavior level.
Work with software, data science and systems engineering teams to ensure May Mobility safely trains new machine learning models to solve complex problems.
Set the safety standard for how we prototype, test and deploy new AI solutions.Set the strategy for testing and validation of data sets and develop an assurance plan.
Work with data science, systems engineering and software teams to set the strategy for how we establish safety launch targets ( SPI- Safety Performance index) across vehicle behaviors and in aggregate.

Train and coach the development team through every aspect of the safety plan through appropriate process and methods
Communicate with all required stakeholders to identify and define technical/ system requirements, safety requirements tied to the safety goals.
Ensure that functional safety confirmation measures such as audits and assessments are planned and complete.

About the team
Global Business Services' (GBS) Business Practices team establishes and manages policies and processes for the GTM motion, including deal policy, approval and revenue contracting processes, and other deal related operations (e.g. misbilling, deal support models, etc). The team's reach is widespread across Stripe, not exclusive to one sales segment or geographical region; GBS drives change across go-to-market, positively impacting Stripe users, and cross-functional teams. GBS's priorities are set through the direction of Stripe leadership and executive vision, partnership with sales and cross-functional organizations. This role sits within Global Business Practices' Business Practices team, responsible for establishing, managing, and improving policies and processes to improve deal quality and velocity for Stripe.
What you'll do
Our Business Practices Program Managers are focused on solving GTM's deal lifecycle challenges to create scalable and efficient deal policies and processes in support of commercial activities. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous global-scale programs, with multi-layered stakeholder management and significant cross-functional team engagement. The ideal candidate will: (1) has deal policy and process background working at a hypergrowth technology/GTM org, (2) has superior communication skills to work across senior stakeholders across different functions, and (3) thrives when solving complex problems with limited oversight & incomplete data.
Responsibilities
Be accountable for building and driving large-scale deal lifecycle transformation program changes end-to-end (e.g. Misbilling or revenue contracting related improvements), and be directly responsible for marshaling the cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals
Manage directly (or coordinate) the ‘full-stack' of change management activities across stakeholder engagement and creating champions, messaging/communication planning, support and enablement
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe across levels and functions
Work cross-functionally to identify deal lifecycle improvement opportunities for the GTM teams spanning strategy, people, policy, process, and/or technology
Develop program standards (center of excellence), providing guidance, consulting, and coaching to peers and others on partner teams
Seamlessly prioritize among various projects and synthesize data to guide/support strategy and decision
Make exec level recommendations and drive decisions, where necessary

Minimum requirements
A strong track record of delivering global, complex enterprise deal lifecycle/commercial transformation programs with multiple constituents in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end
Experience with deal management processes, deal process related root cause analysis, and commercial agreements
7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting or a related discipline
Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
The ability to diagnose, simplify and structure problems and solutions while having command of “the details”
Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from front lines to executive stakeholders. You set a high-bar in terms of communication effectiveness.
