Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to work to maintain all equipment and grounds at the facility in an orderly, attractive appearance in safe condition. This person is expected to perform the essential functions of this position in a timely and efficient manner. Must have comprehensive Mechanical knowledge of heating ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration trade with specific knowledge and experience in reading ladder diagrams, installation, repair, and replacement of HVAC system components such as evaporators, condensers, compressors, steam production systems, pumps, chemical treatment systems, and cooling towers. Must have comprehensive Electrical knowledge, including principles of AC/DC electrical theory, reading ladder diagrams, electrical power distribution equipment, including transformers, load centers, breakers, bus ducts, motor control centers (MCC's) and lighting distribution. Must have comprehensive Plumbing knowledge, including assembly of pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, cement, caulking, soldering, brazing and welding equipment. Orders and picks up supplies for repairs and to complete projects. • Assists as on minor construction projects. • Perform assigned maintenance duties. • Varies schedule to perform work in specialty areas. • Performs other duties as assigned by management. • Test and maintain all the documentation on equipment. • Ensure that all the assigned scheduled PMs are completed every month. • Perform the general maintenance for all of the facility. • Utilize the work order system (TMS) including work order generation for unplanned events, work order completion, documentation of work related to PMs, PEs, etc., as well as asset records. Your role as a Neuropsychology Technician: Our interdisciplinary approach means that you will collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Neuropsychologists. As a member of our team, you will: Administer neuropsychological assessments to patients Consult with Neuropsychologists on test battery and changes Score protocols and summarize data in score summary the day that the child attends testing Document behavioral observations and write behavioral observation report section Communicate with parents regarding testing (gathering forms or scheduling) Maintain professional development (attend Neuropsychology trainings, conferences and other psychology trainings) Physical demands: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
