I am passionate about leading teams and partnering with others to solve problems, create opportunity and drive growth. I began my career in public accounting and transitioned to traditional accounting and finance leadership with Johnson Controls, TRW, Harley Davidson, and Delphi. In 2016, I had a unique opportunity to join Haas F1 Team, a start-up in the world of Formula One racing.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with great leaders at great companies throughout my career. It is a privilege to be in a position to make a difference - to work with an exceptional team to build processes, financial tools, discipline and insights to make better decisions and improve the team’s objectives.

Each day I work to earn the trust and confidence of my team. I strive to put myself in others’ shoes and look beyond “the numbers” to understand what is truly driving the business. It is always my goal to bring thorough analysis and thoughtful insights to the table. Through open dialogue on the real issues, we can bring clarity to what needs to be done to achieve our objectives and hold each other accountable for progress.
