What You'll Do
Implementation Task Execution
Support the onboarding of HME (Home Medical Equipment) Providers to the Parachute Platform. Complete critical implementation tasks such as catalog setups, system configurations, and integrations to enable seamless adoption. Partner with Implementation Managers (IM) to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace.
End-to-End Supplier Support
Provide ongoing support to suppliers after they go live, working closely with Implementation Managers and Account Managers to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and address supplier needs to ensure sustained success on the platform.
End User Training & Enablement
Lead tailored demos and training sessions for customers, equipping end-users with the knowledge and resources to maximize platform functionality. Ensure users have the support they need to confidently use the platform post-implementation.
Process Improvement & Feedback
Proactively identify and share feedback on process improvements that can streamline the onboarding and transformation journey. Collaborate with the implementation team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Support internal teams through documentation of our tools, workflows, and integrations.
Technical Integrations & Interoperability
Develop expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability with systems like Brightree & NikoHealth. Support integration tasks to help customers embed seamlessly within our platform, improving workflow connectivity and functionality.
Requirements
Experience and Skills
Experience with set-up, configuration, or administration of a SAAS product (healthcare or healthcare adjacent)
1-3 years in a customer-facing role preferred
Proficiency in using standard office software, email and collaboration tools
Experience using Excel (advanced), analytics platform, CRM, and JIRA
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interfacing with external customers to provide support, gather requirements, and deliver project updates.

Requirements for a Laundry Associate:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities for a Job Title:
Sorts all soiled linens collected through the facility.
Logs daily load count and weights.
Weighs and sorts laundry before processing.
Delivers and sets linen carts for all shifts.
Washes/hangs/labels and delivers all personal clothes.
Cleans, disinfects and maintains the laundry room.
Cleans lint traps for dryers 4 times per shift and log.

**Responsibilities**
+ Project Analysis & Underwriting: Efficiently analyze business opportunities. Build and operate detailed pro Formas in Excel, incorporating various market, company, demographic, supply and demand, risks and mitigants, and sensitivity analysis.
+ Market Research: Utilize multiple information sources to collect and analyze data relevant to business opportunity development, including market trends, economic indicators, and sector-specific data.
+ Investment & Financing Memos: Develop and create comprehensive investment memos, financing memos, and external debt fundraising materials, ensuring that all information is accurate and effectively communicates the investment thesis to stakeholders.
+ Asset Management: Work with MSI's vertically integrated team to ensure efficient business creation and perform analysis and make recommendations when changes are required.
+ Executive Communication: Consistently demonstrate the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with executive-level audiences. Prepare and present reports, memos, research findings, and analyses to senior management, stakeholders, and investors, ensuring clarity and precision in all types of communication.
+ Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
+ The Mindshare Institute Associate will contribute to Intermountain Health's mission and vision by supporting the overall investment sourcing, incubation, and launch of novel businesses.

**Preferred Qualifications**
The Mindshare Institute aims to establish a team with diverse expertise. The Associate is a crucial part of MSI and working closely with the leadership team and others across the health system ecosystem. The Associate is involved in all phases of sourcing, incubation, transaction execution, and HCU investment management.
+ Technical Skills: 1) Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, 2) Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating high-quality investment materials, 3) Familiarity with data sources and tools for market research and analysis.
+ Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience in conducting valuation and sensitivity analysis, and other key investment analyses.

**Compensation and Additional Information**
+ Competitive base salary determined based on relevant experience ($110,000-125,000 base salary) and annual discretionary bonus opportunity.
