Responsibilities

Review, edit, and approve pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements
Direct complex discovery, including electronic discovery and expert witness coordination
Handle mediations, settlement negotiations, and contribute to trial preparation when necessary
Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with firm goals and client objectives
Provide ongoing training and support to junior attorneys to promote professional growth
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
5+ years of complex litigation experience with a strong background in class actions
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
Proven track record in handling wage & hour, PAGA, consumer, or employment class actions
