Your Purpose Provide equipment, refrigeration and HVAC maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls and/or specific stores/areas. What You'll do Principal Responsibilities Include: * Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems. * Drive independently to stores on a daily basis as assigned. * Perform various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures to buildings and equipment. * Performs compressor, large motor and component replacement. * Perform leak checks and refrigerant management. * Perform repairs to systems * Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment. * Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts. * Operate equipment, vehicles, powered industrial trucks and aerial lifts safely. * Clean and maintain company service vehicles, if one is assigned. * Orally communicate with store personnel regarding the proper use of equipment as it relates to repeat calls and overtime. * Utilize company email and to send and receive messages. * Properly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion. * Comply with all department and company policies and procedures. * Utilize company work order system for assignments and track time Supporting Leadership Through the 5 Es * As an associate, you are a key part of our success. What You Bring Required: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years Refrigeration/HVAC/ Electrical Technical School training or 3-5 years refrigeration/HVAC experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when necessary Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics Ability to use control manufacturers' software Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
