As President & CEO, Ginette acts as representative and key media spokesperson for Utah Food Bank, overseeing the Salt Lake City and St. George operations. With this responsibility comes management of all statewide business and community aspects and involvement. She also evaluates development programs to create innovative strategies for improving fundraising, public relations and community response. As leader of the Utah Food Bank executive team, Ginette develops both fundraising and program strategy to forge and enhance relationships with community leaders, organizations and individuals. As President & CEO, Ginette manages all aspects of food collection and distribution, as well as all direct service programs throughout the state. Ginette has been actively involved in Utah Food Bank's mission of Fighting Hunger Statewide for 28 years. Under Ginette’s leadership, Utah Food Bank has been recognized by Salt Lake Tribune as one of the Top 100 Work Places in 2019 and 2020. As part of the 2020 Utah Philanthropy Day event, Ginette was personally awarded the 2020 Governor’s Career Humanitarian Award. Ginette served on the board of directors of Utah Food Bank prior to joining the staff, and was a member of the board of directors of Ballet West, Habitat for Humanity, Utah Nonprofit Association and Utah Heritage Foundation. Prior to joining Utah Food Bank in 2009, Ginette enjoyed 23 years with Fidelity Investments, retiring as Director of Public Affairs.
