Provides daily feedback to interns regarding treatment interventions & directs the learning experience. Critiques/co-signs documentation daily to be sure it meets regulatory requirements & funding source specifications. Completes weekly, midterm and final evaluations for interns & communicates w/ their school regarding performance. Participates in hospital and discipline specific skills check: Demonstrates competency through completion of didactic training and testing as well as demonstration of skills specific to their position and skill set as well as skills obtained at Wellstar Roosevelt.
