This role ensures compliance with policies and regulations while providing nutritious meals in a safe environment. What You'll Do: Supervise dietary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, company policies, and ASI standards. Plan and oversee meal preparation based on dietitian-approved menus. Maintain budgets, manage inventory, and order necessary supplies. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care. Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards.
