We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team and oversee foodservice operations within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures compliance with policies and regulations while providing nutritious meals in a safe environment.
What You'll Do:
Supervise dietary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, company policies, and ASI standards.
Plan and oversee meal preparation based on dietitian-approved menus.
Maintain budgets, manage inventory, and order necessary supplies.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards.
Participate in resident care planning and coordinate with Registered Dietitians.
Provide professional communication with inspectors and regulatory agencies.

The Supervisor of Access Services is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations and customer service quality for the Access Services unit within the department. This position serves as a resource to access and non-access staff with regard to revenue cycle operations.

Performs call monitoring, coaching, training, and feedback and disciplining. Coaches, counsels and motivates employees.
Serves as a role model for staff in maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers, including employees, patients, guests, insurance companies, employers, doctors and hospital personnel.
Acts as an information source to ensure resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. Handles escalations on an as needed basis.
Administers and handles escalation requests for system and Revenue Cycle policies (e.g., Cash Handling, Financial Assistance, Point of Service, Out of Netowrk, Limited Plan, Outpatient Valid Orders).
Participates in the hiring process, and administers performance management, recognition and disciplinary actions. Assists with interviewing applicants, hiring, disciplinary actions and performance reviews.

Summary of Functions:
The Supervisor, Organ Surgical Services, is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day organ recovery operations including staffing logistics, case logistics, and the recovery of organs. Provides instructions to staff on the recovery efforts to ensure all organs recovered follow the specifications and guidelines by both OneLegacy and OPTN. Ensures all staff are trained and have the necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for performing the various types of organ recoveries. The supervisor performs all duties and responsibilities in compliance with OneLegacy policies and procedures, the standards and regulations as outlined by the OneLegacy, CMS, UNOS, OPTN and other applicable federal, state and local laws.
Under the guidance from the Manager of Organ Surgical Services (MORS), the Organ Recovery ServicesSupervisor (SORS) will be responsible for the Surgical Recovery Coordinators, Organ OR coordination, organ mechanical perfusion and research organ recovery, allocation of research organ and organ pathology. This position requires an advanced level of expertise and overall understanding of the surgical organ recoveries and transplantation process. Responsibilities include the following below.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:

3. Provides direct supervision of the staff performing recoveries in-field or at a Onelegacy recovery facility.
