Answer the crisis telephone, providing immediate support and appropriate interventions when necessary. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma. Associate's or higher degree in mental health related field preferred. Require to be working towards Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) or Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) within 30-60 days of employment at Bowen Health. Experience: Must either have personal lived experience of recovery from substance use - OR - have family members, allies, or loved ones who have lived experience of recovery from substance use, mental health or co-occurring disorders.
