Dr. Schwartz is founding President and former CEO of WESTMED Medical Group (WMG) which was formed in 1996. He is also the former CEO of Optum Practice Partners (OPP) a physician management services company, which was formed in 2011 and acquired by Optum in 2014.Since its founding, the medical group has grown to over 350 physicians as a multi-specialty group practice with 10 locations in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield CT. WMG embraced the triple aim and is proud to have transitioned to value-based care with a successful ACO and strong results for quality efficiency and service. In his medical career, Dr. Schwartz has been committed to improving the health of the community by providing coordinated, efficient, quality patient care. Jeff Fee is a Co-Founder - President and Chief Executive Officer at PatientOne, Inc. and is based in Missoula, Montana. He has worked as Chief Operating Officer - Summit Medical Center at HCA HEALTHCARE INC; Controller - Summit Medical Center at HCA HEALTHCARE INC; and Chief Strategy and Product Development Officer at PatientOne, Inc.. Jeff attended Belmont University between 1996 and 1998 and Lipscomb University between 1986 and 1990.

As CEO, Adam Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in executive health care roles with expertise in strategy, product development, sales, marketing, distribution and operations. Adam’s combined healthcare experience includes Medicaid and Medicare programs, pharmaceutical services, medical devices and health care information technology related businesses. Based on his intimate understanding of healthcare, Adam launched Centauri Health Solutions, founded to provide an end-to-end solution that combines analytics, technology and services -with a consultative approach. Previously, Adam served at CVS Caremark as Executive VP of Medicare. He led CVS Caremark’s Medicare Part D businesses that included the company’s PDP (prescription drug plan) insurance companies, PBM (pharmacy benefit management) and related services. Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Adam’s experience included leading WellCare Health Plans’ Medicare business lines as Senior VP of National Medicare. Adam formerly held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group as CEO of their Arizona Medicaid business, where he launched their first integrated Dual Special Needs Plan in Arizona. He also led medical device and healthcare information technology lines of business at GE Medical (now GE Healthcare). Adam is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the undergraduate program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Adam is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2019 Award winner in the Mountain Desert Region. He was also named a 2018 Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Rich is a lifetime middle Tennessean, a graduate of the University of Alabama, an avid outdoorsman and a father of two – Margaret and Marshall. His career has always centered around sales, primarily the payment services industry and now healthcare resupply. His interests include hunting and fishing and he is a board member of the Tennessee State Museum and is active with inner city charities.
