Portfolio & Product Strategy

Define and evolve multi-year product vision and investment strategy, balancing innovation, scalability, compliance, and commercial outcomes through establishing clear KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and impact.

Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, quality/compliance, legal, finance, sales, account management, and corporate strategy.
Represent Genospace product strategy in executive, governance, and partner forums across McKesson, Ontada, SCRI, and external stakeholders.
Provide functional leadership to product managers and product owners embedded in agile delivery teams, ensuring clarity of product vision, prioritization, and execution.
Lead roadmap execution and adoption across matrixed teams and external partners to drive alignment and execution.

Minimum Requirement:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.
Critical Skills:
10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product portfoliomanagement, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated technology environments.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale products or platforms.
Deep understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and/or clinical research technology.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time nationwide.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The PortfolioManager is responsible for maintaining knowledge of the Pharmacy Non-Acute contract portfolio and communicating the benefits and value of that portfolio to both internal and external audiences. **Required Education & Experience:**
