Our Fleet department is seeking a fleet program administrator to assist the department with daily operational processes.
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.
Be ready to:
assist with the administration of the corporate fleet program
set up new drivers and new vehicles in the fleet system
interact professionally with fleet drivers, associates, dealerships and fellow team members
administer the titling, vehicle licensing and registration of company vehicles and the loaner program
assist with the maintenance of the fleet loaner program, including tracking, maintenance and renewals
maintain records and make recommendations for vehicles in the program
follow up with fleet drivers on outstanding tolls and traffic citations
evaluate and coordinate fleet driver repair requests, vehicle transportation, and end-of-life vehicle disposals
perform audits on monthly services and expenses
complete various operational fleet functions as required throughout the year
Be equipped with:
excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
the ability to prioritize and organize work
proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
the ability to follow instructions in written, verbal or diagram form
strong attention to detail
demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability and can multitask within a fast-paced, evolving environment
capable of acquiring proficiency in fleet management software through hands-on learning
a valid driver's license (Final candidates will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record background check)
valid notary or willingness to become one which includes a BCI background check
Bring education and experience from:
a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
three to five years of software application experience (preferred)
proven ability to efficiently monitor and track assignment progress and completion within established deadlines

**Position Purpose:** Works with care management team on community resource connection activities including connecting members to community resources to support their care management journey and provide necessary care resources in a cost-effective manner. Provides members with known community resources and works with the care team to identify member community support and provide health education as appropriate.
+ Provides ongoing support to members to connect them to known community and care resources in a cost-effective manner
+ Supports the coordination of community outreach resources available to members and promotes awareness of care/services
+ Serves as experienced support for members on community and care resource inquiries and opportunities available to members
+ Utilizes in-depth knowledge of community resource connection activities and resource opportunities
+ Supports member related correspondence and educational materials to assist in the facilitation of a successful community connection
+ Works with care management team on escalating community resource requests and inquiries to management and identifying member community support
+ Documents and maintains community resources to ensure standards of practice and policies are in accordance with health plan requirements
+ Provides support to the clinical team of nurses and social workers with activities including, but not limited to outreach, community education, evidence-based guidance, and member support
+ Conduct non-clinical general health assessments in order to refer members to appropriate services, resolve concerns on member's behalf, and gather information for medical providers and staff working within the organization
+ Conduct non-medical assessments such as home safety, assessment of the community/environment resources, transportation, employment, and others to be able to refer to appropriate services, resolve concerns on member's behalf, and gather information for medical providers in staff working within our organization
+ Conduct telephonic and/or in-person outreach to locate individuals and families in the community who are hard to reach
+ May make visits to individual homes and/or community organizations
+ Working Knowledge of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) barriers
+ Performs other duties as assigned

**Education/Experience:** Requires a High School diploma or GED
Requires 2 - 4 years of related experience
Pay Range: $20.39 - $34.71 per hour

Tracking current and forecasted demand across IT functions; monitoring resource capacity by role/team and identify potential bottlenecks or under-utilization.
Using portfolio-management tools (primarily Planview) and supporting systems to model “what-if” scenarios for new initiatives, shifts in delivery timelines, or resource changes.

As the PMO Program Administrator within MMA Technology, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between demand, delivery, and resources. Using portfolio-management tools (primarily Planview) and supporting systems to model “what-if” scenarios for new initiatives, shifts in delivery timelines, or resource changes.
Serve as the tool administrator and data steward for Planview: configuring and maintaining projects/portfolios, resource pools, templates, dashboards, and user roles.
Conducting regular data-quality reviews to ensure accuracy of project, resource and capacity data. Identifying improvements to simplify workflows and improve reporting.
Engaging with stakeholders across IT (project managers, resource leads, leadership) to translate data into actionable insights and facilitate governance or prioritization meetings.

Hands-on experience with project portfolio management tools (experience with Planview preferred).

In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Denials Management Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all denials to determine patterns in errors, payors, and internal processes to improve our denial rate. Exhibits the MHS Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times.
Job Functions:
Analyzes all denials for patterns.
Works with front line staff and educate on proper processes.
Ability to verbalize to insurance carriers and write appeal details to support additional payment on denied claims.
Accurately and consistently documents the results of all denial reviews in the hospital information system.
Prepares reports as required by management regarding audit results, process improvement recommendations and systemic payment errors.
Makes monthly observations and recommendations to prevent future denials.
Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of previous experience in a healthcare-related position required.
Experience in coding, medical necessity, registration, insurances, and precertification processes and/or denials preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience or formal education in basic ICD10 coding, medical terminology, Anatomy/pathophysiology, and disease process preferred.
Depending on healthcare-related experience, may require coding certification within 2 years of date of hire. Experience reviewing ambulatory claim denials preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and database software applications).
Strong quantitative, analytical and organization skills.
