Scott leads hStream, HealthStream's new platform as a service (PaaS), working with companies to bring innovation/value/choice to healthcare organizations and their workforce. As Senior Vice President, hStream Solutions, Scott leads the efforts to identify, grow, and develop new hStream applications, content, and partnerships to benefit the thousands of healthcare organizations and millions of healthcare professionals that work with HealthStream.

Scott co-founded GoNoodle, the transformational kids’ media and tech platform, and served as the company’s first CEO until 2018. Under his leadership, GoNoodle’s movement and mindfulness videos were played by 14 million+ kids each month at home and at school - including 1 in 3 U.S. elementary classrooms playing GoNoodle - generating over 5 billion minutes of physical activity each year. Scott was instrumental in developing GoNoodle’s innovative community partnership model between hospitals and schools in over four-dozen U.S. markets, which focuses on helping hospitals improve physical activity and social-emotional well-being of kids and families.

Scott co-founded HealthLeaders, the leading media and research business focused on the business of healthcare. Scott served as the CEO of HealthLeaders, during which time the award-winning HealthLeaders became the go-to resource for healthcare executives through its syndicated research reports, data analytics, magazine, events, and online news site. The company was sold to Decision Resources.

Previously, Scott spent 10 years in business media with American City Business Journals, including as Market President and Publisher of the Nashville Business Journal.
