Opening and resealing envelopes for quality checks before dispatch. Verifying file totals prior to processing and auditing calculations after print. Ensuring correct postage and inserts are included for outgoing mailings. Shipping packages via courier services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and tracking as needed. Logging quality control issues in appropriate systems. Maintaining records and files related to production and quality checks. Assisting less-experienced peers and training new associates as needed.
