QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Solid understanding of entitlement requirements and ability to develop strategies to effectively navigate and mitigate inherent permitting risks.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
3-8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, land development, or related fields.

my Onsite Healthcare is a national mobile phlebotomy company, my Onsite is looking for experienced phlebotomists that can make mobile collections and work well independently. There will be both pediatric and geriatric collections. This is a contract position, and will be paid per draw collection. This position would be ideal for an existing mobile phlebotomist to add to their current work, or for someone who wanted to work on a part time flexible basis.

Yes Supervises the exercise and pharmacologic stress testing in the exercise labs at primary location and outreaches, including assessing the cardiovascular and metabolic effects of exercise on healthy, cardiac, or high-risk outpatients and inpatients, as well as, the determination of appropriate test and test termination. Implements and supervises the physical exercise program of patients in the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program at assigned location.
Job Duties:
Schedules patients for entry into cardiac rehabilitation program.
Assists with the orientation, development of individualized goals and plan of care of new patients.
This includes the calculation of exercise prescription and home exercise programs based on stress test results to provide medically stable activities to each individual patient.
Supervises patients during outpatient exercise sessions, monitoring patients for inappropriate responses to exercises.
Provides individualized and group patient education in areas of expertise.
Performs warm-up, cool down exercises with patients.
Determines patient suitability for testing based on medical history, chart review, and resting EKG.
Contacts assigned cardiologist or patient's referring provider regarding more suitable tests.
Explains test procedures to patients and answers any questions.
Monitors patient condition during testing.
Supervises all exercise, pharmacologic, and metabolic stress tests including technical staff, exercise lab trainees, and students during testing.
Decides when to terminate testing or exercise session based on exercise lab guidelines.
Provides preliminary report for resting and exercise EKGs, blood pressure response, symptoms, and arrhythmias.
Contacts the appropriate personnel as necessary for seriously abnormal test results.
Consults with the exercise lab medical director or designate for clinical questions, as needed.
Initiates emergency procedures as necessary in accordance with the exercise lab and cardiac rehab policies.
Coordinates with the area programs to enroll patients into a Cardiac Rehab program.
Provides formal lectures about exercise testing, cardiac rehab, and related topics as needed for physicians, technical staff, and students.
