At Great Wolf, the Retail and Attractions Supervisor brings joy to families through involvement in daily retail and attractions operations. This leadership role is critical in executing on business requirements, supporting the retail and attractions team, and interacting with guest and pack members to enhance their experience and maximize profitability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervises daily retail and attractions operations including gift shops, arcade, attractions, vending, etc. to ensure successful execution of all lodge safety and service standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly
Understands and champions Great Wolf policies and procedures, and collaborates with Department and Lodge leadership in performance management of the department and its Pack Members
Responds to questions or guest concerns and escalates pack/guest feedback to leadership as appropriate
Ensures the completion and proper communication/escalation of guest requests and other concerns to the appropriate department
Understands and participates in scheduling of staff, execution of labor management and forecasting
Conducts daily stand up meetings with retail and attractions pack members to prioritize the day and facilitates feedback from Pack Members
Monitors performance of attendants, providing real time feedback and coaching
Ensures retail outlets and attractions are organized, and properly stocked for the daily operations; ensures compliance with safety standards
Participates in recruitment and selection of talent for retail and attractions
Partners with department leaders to develop and execute action plans related to guest service and Pack Member engagement measured through NPS and eNPS
Participates with Retail and Attractions leadership in pack performance management including; employee reviews, corrective action, investigations, conflict resolution, etc.
Maintains quality operation by ensuring service excellence, adequate inventory levels, and maintaining equipment by troubleshooting and/or calling for repairs
Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs ensuring a safe facility that complies with all appropriate regulations--Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs
Adherence to all standard operating procedures related to the role
Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Retail
Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications & Traits
Associate's degree or higher in hospitality or related field
Experience in a previous retail or hospitality leadership role
Previous hotel experience, preferably in a large family resort or hotel

Estimated Salary Range:
- $18.50 per hour annual base salary
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Air Operations, this role is responsible for the supervision, administration, and work management of Retail Air Team. Collaborate with Management across departments, including Outside Sales, to generate retail revenue, maintain a healthy profit margin and provide optimum customer service in the retail channel. Exemplify strong time management skills with a focus on operational efficiencies and customer retention. Assume responsibility of first tier air emergency response on and off hours on a rotating basis.
Primary Functions:
Supervise, train and develop direct subordinates.
Hold all subordinates accountable in obtaining each of their strategic tactics.
Evaluate performance for all subordinates and provide continuous coaching throughout the year.
Compose and deliver year end assessments for all subordinates in adherence to company policy.
Work closely with retail air staff and client care center to help resolve any guest issues.
Review and follow up on assignments and resolve problems to provide quality customer service.
Review customer responses from post-booking survey to determine trends and initiate measures to correct course. Ensure escalated responses are responded to in a timely manner.
Assist with general administrative duties such as, but not limited to, scheduling work assignments, tracking productivity and comprehensive department training.
Conduct thorough interviews with prospective candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Review air reservations that affect the productivity and proficiency of the department and improve guests' satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions to enhance performance and skill among the Retail Air Coordinators as determined by the Manager.
Required to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate air requirements and management needs.
Prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities to meet expected deadlines.
Ensure that all communication, as a representative of Collette, is professional, clear and adheres to policy.
Training:
Responsible for assisting in training the air department staff, answering inquiries, and monitoring the goals and objectives of the department.
Assist with weekly staff meetings to review contacts and enhance overall understanding of rates and carrier restrictions.
Assist with cross-training key departments to enhance productivity and proficiency as they relate to air operations.
Utilize Collette Connects to communication announcements, news stories and changes to the organization.
Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred and encouraged, including opportunities to obtain with approved assistance programs.
Two years of experience desired, that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Skill in customer service and fiscal management.
Knowledge of GDS air systems, sales, operations, quality control procedures and reporting documentation requirements.
Effective negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Pay range: $43,000 - $58,000

Job Description
The EVS Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and safety of an assigned area throughout a shift. The EVS Attendant will implement the highest degree of professionalism in EVS and adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines set by the EVS Manager.

The EVS Attendant will insure that every guest is offered a warm personalized guest experience.
Sweep all paper and other trash in an assigned area and dump trash in proper location.
The EVS Attendant will clean, dust and wipe down all surfaces in assigned area.
Empty and clean all ashtrays in assigned area.
The EVS Attendant will use proper safety and care with equipment and tasks for your own safety as well as the guests and fellow team members.
Sweep and or mop floors in designated or assigned areas.
The EVS Attendant will clean and restock restrooms as volume dictates.
Detail cleaning of restrooms or other assigned areas.
Chemical use is a necessity. Chemicals include: citrus cleaner, glass cleaner, wood polish, wax, etc.
Communication skills are required due to direct guest contact.
Other projects or duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
The EVS Attendant will attend shift and departmental meetings.
Follow Company and departmental policies and procedures.
The EVS Attendant will follow established key, radio, and chemical procedures.
Cross-train in areas as assigned or scheduled.
Qualifications
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
Six (6) months prior experience preferred.
Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be 21 years of age
Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style.
