In 1998 the company received the Tennessee Quality Commitment Award and continued to be recognized for its quality work.
Prior to taking on the leadership T E C Industrial in 2005, he held a variety of operational and business development roles working for some of the largest multi-national engineering and construction organizations in the world.
In 2009, Tennessee Electric Company achieved its first listing in the ENR Top 600 Specialty Contractors List and subsequently saw the company rise.
2011 saw the further expansion and growth of the company with the addition of pipe fabrication facilities and process piping projects in the region.
2015 saw the transition to a new corporate headquarters and “state of the art” fabrication services facility sitting on nearly 20,000 square feet of real estate in Kingsport, TN. The site was later expanded by adding increased warehousing capacity three years later.
