* Design and architect data solutions to suit client product needs. Develop and implement analytic solutions
* Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable data pipelines
* Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement on existing solutions
* Implement large Data warehouse solutions in Cloud
* Analyze and define customer requirements and build products specific to client needs
* Work on architecting solutions for analytic platforms while partnering with cross functional teams
* Make accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning
* Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts. Conduct code reviews and design sessions with developers
* Write technical documentation and participate in production support
* Coach and mentor junior engineers
* Keep skills up to date through ongoing self-directed training

Required Qualifications:
* 12+ years of IT-related work experience
* 8+ years of experience in hands-on software development

* 3+ years of experience in using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, python, pyspark, AKS
* 2+ years of experience in MySQL and NoSQL databases
* 2+ years of experience in tools such as Airflow, CI/CD using Jenkins
* 2+ years of experience in API development, Streaming, Kafka, event hubs
* Understanding containerization and performance tuning in Data & Engineering Pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Python, PySpark, Snowflake & Databricks experience
* Solution Architecting experience
* Proven excellent analysis, process, problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Proven excellent Team Player showcasing independence and ownership
* Ability to change and adapt quickly, mentoring and leading other engineers from a technical capacity
