Acts as face to the customer. Resolves very complex issues (may involve multiple systems) while understanding potential regulatory risk exposure and customer service & financial impacts. Requires advanced level of understanding the end systems impact of changes across multiple/diverse systems (including regulatory risk exposure, customer service & financial impacts).
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Take a lead role with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions on complex issues. Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, user task analysis, wire framing, usability testing, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
+ Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively taking a lead role on agile scrum teams in various roles, including, but not limited to, Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Capability Manager, or Tester, based upon experience and need.
+ Provide required business and/or subject matter expertise for both project and production related activities on complex issues, including new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems.

The Payment Integrity Coding Consultant position is responsible for determining medical appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services following evaluation of medical documentation, and published CMS, Coding and other industry criteria. Conducts audits of medical coding to increase coding accuracy and identify potential FWAE. Completes comprehensive examinations of medical records and supporting documents. **Position Purpose:** Tracks and manages the IT (Information Technology) asset life cycle from selection and depreciation to retirement and replacement. Leads in identifying, controlling, recording, reporting, auditing, and verifying configuration items and asset records, including versions, baselines, constituent components, their attributes, and relationships.
+ Plans, monitors, and records hardware assets and/or software licenses to ensure they comply with vendor contracts and asset life cycle policy requiring a very high level of attention life cycle detail.

+ Performs verification and audit of CMDB and other asset management toolset content; verifies software assets with license contracts, confirms hardware assets with actual inventory, and initiates corrective actions including reclamation
+ Oversees the design and improvement processes relating to software and hardware asset management
+ Creates, monitors and tracks requisitions through approval to the creation of the purchase orders and validates accuracy of incoming order
