[email protected] Mr. Wieler is the Chairman of DC Advisory US. Mr. Wieler was the founder of Signal Hill in 2002, which was acquired by Daiwa (DC Advisory's parent company) in 2018. He has more than 35+ years of investment banking experience with clients in the TMT and Education Industries. He has orchestrated hundreds of processes extracting billions in transaction value for clients through M&A: divestitures, corporate restructurings, fairness opinions, and private placements. Prior to founding Signal Hill, Mr. Wieler co-led one of the premier Media and Communication practices on Wall Street in the 90’s - Alex.Brown, BT Alex.Brown and Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown. Prior to joining Alex.Brown and its predecessor companies, Mr. Wieler was Managing Director of BT Securities Corporation. Mr. Wieler earned a B.A. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
