Ron Miller is the Chairman of the Board of StartEngine. Ron facilitates financial ignition for innovative tech and media companies in order to help entrepreneurs achieve the American dream. Ron is a four-time Inc. 500/5000 Award recipient and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award Finalist. He has visualized, founded, built and sold five companies through management buyouts, private equity firms, private investors and public markets. Ron founded the San Diego Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and is also a member of WPO/YPO where he has served on the executive committee. Ron is active in the LA Mayor’s Council on Technology and Innovation, the Advisory Council of USC Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and facilitating students at UCLA Anderson. He also sits on the board of West Coast Care and is active in helping homeless individuals get off the street.

Robert Patterson MaED is a Chief Operating Officer at BAYS Florida and is based in Clearwater, Florida. He attended Argosy University Tampa between 2012 and 2014.

Michael J. Skoler is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Sokolove Law, LLC. He has directed the Company’s transformation from an established regional marketer of legal services to the nation’s largest marketer of legal services, with offices in 42 states, providing marketing services to over 500 law firms. He launched spinoffs, including D50 Media and J&M Ventures, for which he serves as CEO. Michael brings an experienced yet non-traditional view on the forces of reshaping the 21st Century delivery of legal services. He is responsible for creating the business growth strategy, executing the business model and directing all aspects of operations at Sokolove Law. Michael is a frequent and in-demand speaker to both the legal and business communities. Recent presentations on the topics of business of law and marketing were delivered to audiences from The Western Trial Lawyers Association, Mass Torts Made Perfect and The American Lawyer’s Law Firm Leaders Forum. Michael is contributing writer and senior editor for American Trial Lawyer Magazine and has appeared in select publications including \'Law of Evolution,\' Los Angeles Daily Journal and “Redcoats Are Coming,” American Trial Lawyer Magazine. Additional features include appearing on NECN’s “This Week in Business” and a write-up in The Boston Business Journal, “Injury Litigator Goes Digital”. Prior to joining Sokolove Law, Michael was a founding member and Senior Director of Arthur Andersen’s Global Corporate Finance Group, the investment banking arm of Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to Andersen, Michael was an Associate with Riverside Partners, a leveraged buyout firm headquartered in Boston. Michael earned his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and holds a BSBA in Finance and Law from American University in Washington DC.
