The Company Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, facilities, and systems at our various locations. Tasks can range from routine upkeep to diagnosing and resolving more complex issues collaborating with other professionals and contractors for multiple locations. The ability to independently work and manage time efficiently is a core requirement.
Qualifications:
+ Must have a valid drivers license with a good driver record
+ Must pass background check
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
+ Must pass a background check
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
+ Hands-on experience with maintenance tasks
+ Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpentry, or general repair knowledge
+ Strong ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
+ Effective ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Responsibilities:
+ Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
+ Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying problems, diagnosing causes, and implementing solutions.
+ Installation and Upgrades: Installing new equipment and appliances and upgrading existing systems.
+ Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and contractors to coordinate work and address issues.
