• Primary Software R&D Leader charted with defining and overseeing the development of Resource Manager, a realtime,

embedded enterprise software to manage and allocate resources within the CDMA 1X cellular system.

• Drove the design and launch of NetSpy IP Sniffer, to automatically capture, record and simulate behavior of network elements across CDMA networks. Tool was subsequently deployed globally across Motorola’s R&D and QA Organizations.

• Spearheaded the conceptual design and launch of the 1st Cellular Remote Monitoring System Network Manager into the marketplace.
