You will oversee daily workflows, foster a culture of collaboration and service, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered communication. Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage competing priorities and support team performance in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * One year of leadership experience in a healthcare or professional environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems. * Strong decision‑making, time‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills. * Knowledge of medical terminology.
