Essential Functions:
• Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs at appropriate time points as assigned. Completes the nursing assessment of assigned patients. Demonstrates ability to discuss and/or teach pertinent aspects of nursing care and patient rights and responsibilities. Identifies and reports problems, abnormal findings, or nursing diagnoses that need follow up.
• Implements plan of care in accordance with identified needs. Participates with the patient in clarifying mutually agreed upon goals and incorporates these goals into the plan of care. Provides direct and/or indirect skilled, safe, quality care. Coordinates patient care with other disciplines and integrates input from disciplines. Performs ongoing nursing assessments and changes plans of care as needed.
• Accurately completes and legibly documents all pertinent information in accordance with established policies and procedures by documenting patient care delivery, patient status, patient's response to treatment, and therapeutic interventions. Ensures that all documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. Updates nursing plans and medication profiles when changes occur.
• Counsels and educates the patient and family in meeting healthcare/nursing and related needs. Provides learning opportunities for patient and caregiver, including written material as appropriate. Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Complies with all applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the code of conduct, HIPAA, and documentation standards. Demonstrates professional conduct, service excellence and commitment to the mission and values of Adventist Health. On call duties will be assigned based on location and agency operational needs. If assigned by agency leadership, incumbent is required to perform on call duties.

A Day in the Life of a Porter/Groundskeeper:
As a Liberty Military Housing Porter/Groundskeeper, you will perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities, and the surrounding areas in a multi-family residential community. Operates tools, machinery, and other equipment to complete tasks in an efficient manner. Your role requires the ability to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner, and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors district office, pool, recreation areas, parking lots and other areas surrounding the community.
Removes trash from grounds, office areas, homes, and the surrounding community perimeter on a daily basis.
Details interior and exterior areas on a regular basis, using general cleaning tools and equipment (i.e. broom, mop, vacuum, rake or blower to keep entry areas, sidewalks, streets and walking areas clean of debris, dust, leaves and brush).
May help with snow shovelling (where applicable) of sidewalks and other main entry areas.
Assists in the preparation of make ready units including removal of trash from vacant homes (trash outs), touch up paint, and general cleaning prior to make-ready.
Assists with various physical tasks as directed; carrying and removal of abandoned furniture, tools, appliances, and other equipment.
Assists with repairs, replacement and installation of window and door screens, lightbulb and other fixtures.
Helps clean and maintain storage and shop areas.
Assists Service Technicians when needed.
May perform minor interior and exterior touch up painting/caulking.
Cleans air conditioning vents, replaces air filters, and smoke detectors.
Performs any additional routine cleaning/maintenance on property as requested, as needed, or as directed.
Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on homes, community and/or common areas to management.
Complies with all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety or environment and LMH Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Understands and follows safe work practices for all trades, including but not limited to: Lockout Tag-out, Confined Space Entry, use of hazardous chemicals, use of Personal Protective Equipment, Ladder Safety, and working from Elevated Surfaces. Performs any additional routine maintenance on property as requested by supervisor.
Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.
Qualifications

Job Description
ACS Operators will safely perform hot refueling operations utilizing the fixed direct refueling station.
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws to include proper safety equipment use.
Log aircraft servicing utilizing an Electronic Point of Sale Device or physical equivalent.
Perform visual fuel samples.
Inspect fueling systems for leaks and discrepancies prior to operation.
Hours of Operation: As needed
Qualifications
The ACS Operator must be familiar with operating fixed fuel facilities, inspections, and direct refueling operations. Must be knowledgeable on aircraft servicing operations. Perform these operations in accordance with NAVAIR 00-80T-109.
Must be available during normal business hours M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekend shift.

Maintain a valid Driver's License
Ability to possess/maintain a favorable Tier 3 Investigation.
