Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
* 2-4 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role specifically within the Payroll module
* End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions. Payroll module experience is a must
* Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
* Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
* Flexible living locations in the U.S.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

The Managing Consultant position is a mid-to-senior level consulting staff position. Responsibilities:

Develop advanced supply distribution processes and inventory level controls to ensure product is efficiently, effectively and timely delivered to customers throughout the organization, and adequate PAR levels are maintained while balancing carrying costs and storage costs with having the right supplies in the right place at the right time.
Ensure logistic and materials management activities are integrated with quality outcomes to deploy continuous improvement and patient safety throughout.
Quickly assess and create a workable plan for the department while being able to communicate and prioritize the process, ensuring positive outcomes for both the department and staff; ensure ongoing training and education efforts are made and are successful.
Develop, direct, and enforce departmental policies and procedures; provides documentation of same directly or through staff, as designated.
Develop department goals and objectives in accordance with the needs of the hospital.
Communicate expectations and vision for top tier performance, with goals, metrics and provide ongoing feedback. Demonstrate and promote strategic thinking and drive problem-solving by empowering and supporting team members to be responsible and accountable within their scope of practice, including positive work interactions within Supply Chain, between departments and customers.
Establish performance metrics to measure productivity, improving logistics and materials management performance and outcomes through increased unit-based inventory turns, elimination of duplicate inventories, reducing inventories, and decreasing inventory write-offs, while improving customer satisfaction.
Leverage materials management technology solutions to achieve optimal efficiencies. Ensure alignment to other systems, such as materials inventory management, surgical information, patient charge system, point-of-use technology, and e-commerce.
Engage regularly with key clinical leaders and physician stakeholders about scope of responsibility to understand strategic plan, goals, metrics, and outcomes, to influence and gain commitment to compliance, improve operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Performs other duties as directed or as necessary to ensure departmental effectiveness and client satisfaction.

The Opportunity

Develop advanced supply distribution processes and inventory level controls to ensure product is efficiently, effectively and timely delivered to customers throughout the organization, and adequate PAR levels are maintained while balancing carrying costs and storage costs with having the right supplies in the right place at the right time.
Ensure logistic and materials management activities are integrated with quality outcomes to deploy continuous improvement and patient safety throughout.
Quickly assess and create a workable plan for the department while being able to communicate and prioritize the process, ensuring positive outcomes for both the department and staff; ensure ongoing training and education efforts are made and are successful.

* Engaging with clients' business and IT teams to understand key business goals and translate those to a SAP Customer solution using relevant modules in SAP S4 stack (SD, LE, Transportation Mgmt, AVC, etc.);
* Defining project scope and providing project implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk;
* Establishing measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs;
* Working with the client's IT organization to establish technology strategy at an application level while Managing and mentoring SAP Customer technical staff;
* Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge and understanding of SAP Customer application based solutions with demonstrated proficiency;
* Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge in consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP Customer product suite;
* Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge with significant experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP Customer solutions and improving business processes;
* Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge and a record of success in the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors including technology, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products or utilities;
* Designing, building (hands-on configuration, if needed), testing and deploying the SAP Customer solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems;
* Utilizing past implementation experience of SAP SD configuration and build to define processes across order to cash ( pricing, discounts, order, delivery, invoicing etc. );
* Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
* Understanding the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process and reporting and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver solution holistically;
* Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
* Creating and maintaining a knowledge-base of service delivery content based on reusable information and knowledge objects, as well as their cross-purposed or leveraged functionality;
* Developing strategy, as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; and,
* Utilizing presentation slides, practice marketing materials, change management plans and/or project plans, workshops and whitepapers, practice methodologies and tools, policies and procedures, and/or other standard business communications.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting), working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery
* Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting), working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
* At lease 2 years of experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP/financial systems
* Solid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management)
* Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
