Pros of working at IATSE

It's a job. Guaranteed mini 4 hr shifts.

Cons of working at IATSE

Pay is in dire need of catching up with CoL, inflation. Should start at $30 and go up from there commensurate with schooling, experience & time in the industry. Mini's should be 6 hrs instead of 4 More proactive approach to education and bringing up the ranks advancements.

Picking your gigs you want to accept that are sent to you. Time off with no retribution from a jerk bag boss.
