    About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Senior Vice President professional to join its growing Research and Due Diligence team. This role will help lead private markets managers due diligence business, including overseeing due diligence processes, developing educational content, presenting to existing and prospective clients, and managing a team of investment analysts. This individual should have strong knowledge of industry trends in private equity, private credit, and/or real estate and real assets. Responsibilities Help lead the day-to-day management of the private markets research division, including market research, pipeline management, and liaising with internal stakeholders in sales, legal and compliance, corporate finance, etc. Lead investment and operational due diligence on private capital managers identified for inclusion on the company's platform. Prepare clear and comprehensive due diligence reports on managers, including qualitative and quantitative factors. Help manage the investment committee schedule and coordinate materials for monthly meetings. Participate in monthly and quarterly monitoring meetings of existing fund investments and coordinate follow-up steps on funds that are not meeting desired metrics. Lead pipeline management across private markets asset class, including coordinating fund manager sourcing, developing and meeting launch timelines, and development of collateral as necessary. Keep abreast of investment opportunities and be able to successfully communicate information to the Investment team. Maintain a pipeline of investment ideas that are in the market or coming to market over a 12-month period and lead the effort in creating market maps for each major strategy. Present investment merits of current products in the market as well as current trends in the private capital investing to clients. Qualifications 15+ years of total experience in financial services; 10+ years of experience conducting due diligence on private capital managers, preferably for a top-tier investment consultant or fund of funds Fund manager evaluation as the candidate's primary responsibility at prior firm(s) Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Strong written communication skills and able to present in front of senior professionals in the industry Able to work independently Benefits The base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $260,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
