Inflexion, formerly called the Educational Policy Improvement Center (EPIC), was founded in 2002 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and is a nationally recognized leader in the field of College and Career Readiness.
In October 2014, after more than 45 years as a full-time educational leader occupying multiple roles, Doctor Conley reduced his appointment at the UO and retired from EPIC in order to devote more time to innovative design work through his consulting company, EdImagine.
