    Description: E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate Classification: Non-exempt, Hourly Reports to: E-Commerce Manager The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed in a timely including accurate fulfillment. This is accomplished through full cycle order fulfillment to include pulling merchandise, packing, shipping, and updating order status. Essential Functions 1. Quality Assurance testing. 2. Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately. 3. Packing. 4. Shipping. 5. Data entry. 6. Assists in developing and modifying procedures for order fulfilment. 7. Reliable, punctual, solid attendance a must. Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, cell phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stepladders, box cutters and tape dispensers. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full-time, M - F 8 am - 5 pm. During busy season occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel None. Experience 1. High School diploma or GED. 2. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. 3. Previous order fulfillment center experience, and knowledge of wireless devices a plus.
