Cons of working at iMMAP

The organizational culture at this company is characterized by a lack of regard for employees as individuals. The management style leans heavily towards authoritarianism, fostering a negative work environment. Workers experience a noticeable lack of respect and may feel exploited due to insufficient career opportunities and meager salary reviews. Head of the representative office seems to think of themselves as a monarch, displaying a total lack of respect for anyone else. If you care about your self-respect and peace of mind, it's best to avoid working at this company.
