Job Information Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Services Technician Team Leads perform a wide range of duties internally to ensure the ongoing operation of the organization. In the absence of the supervisor the team lead takes on the responsibility for the entire shift.

What you will do
Makes periodic inspections of assigned areas to see that employee is following procedures. Checks quality of work performed by employees. Takes responsibility of entire shift in the absence of Supervisor-include answering pages and assigning work as required.
Dilutes chemicals properly.
Keeps equipment clean and maintained.
Handles hazardous waste properly.
Performs cleaning duties as required.
Proper usage of supplies.
Maintains flexibility to meet needs and requests.
Operates battery powered machines as required.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a key technical resource supporting Agilent's IVD biopsy tissue stainer instrumentation systems and other multi-vendor solutions. The Engineer, Field Service I provides service to customers with regards to preventative maintenance, retrofit installation, troubleshooting and repair with minimal support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Summary:
Participates in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical phases of patient testing. This includes specimen processing, collection and handling as well as test analysis and reporting. Performs routine and complex chemical and biological analysis of blood, tissue, body fluids and excretions of patients, which includes principles of human growth and development according to established laboratory guidelines. The patient specific population is defined in the department scope of service to which this position is assigned. Through understanding of the principles of the procedures, this position integrates, correlates, or evaluates the data obtained for the purpose of determining the validity of results as related to patients and standards.
Responsibilities And Duties:
a. Assesses the physical, psychological, developmental, age-related and cultural health dimension of patients while utilizing interview, observation and inspection techniques. Uses appropriate equipment for the age and condition of the patient when collecting specimens. b. Obtains blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing home patients to perform analysis. Involved in the collection or handling of other specimens such a body fluids, urine, stool, semen and throat culture samples for analysis, providing patient education as appropriate. c. Transports patient records and samples between laboratory, nursing stations, and nursing home facilities. The hourly pay range for this position in OH is $28.00 to $44.00, plus overtime eligible.

A Customer Service Engineer can quickly respond to end-user requests for assistance when existing manuals and scripted responses are insufficient to meet user needs. Responsibilities:
