Works additional shifts as needed for patient coverage. Participates in a regular rotation with all Home Nursing patients and field nurses for after-hours on-call. Participates in program evaluation (e.g., Quality Assurance Performance Improvement, Safety/Risk Management, Ethics Committee), licensure and accreditation surveys as requested. Performs routine documentation audits as required, addresses missing documentation and corrective actions as needed to meet compliance and billing requirements.
