As a FieldServiceTechnician, you'll be on the front lines providing start-up, operations and maintenance expertise on water and wastewater treatment systems for customers in Municipal and Industrial applications at a variety of locations. This role involves working on equipment and technologies including, pumps (submersible, vertical turbines, progressive cavity, horizontal end suction and multi-stage centrifugal), Water and wastewater treatment equipment such as SBR's, Extended Aeration, MBBR, tertiary and denitrification filters, multi-media filters, blowers, and control panels, you'll need to have excellent mechanical know how, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide Start-up, operate, trouble shoot, and optimize equipment performance.
* Conduct maintenance and repair of rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, screens, filter, and chemical injection pumps.
* Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls repair and diagnostics on equipment such as pumps, valves, air compressors, blowers, and instrumentation.
* Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
* Consult with customer management and operation teams.
* Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent and 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
* Bachelor or associate's degree in science/engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming and/or water treatment experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred.
* Ability to gain and maintain access to sites as assigned
* Valid Driver's License

Your role To best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our fieldservice area. This supports our mission in providing safe and high-quality service that is performed with great efficiency to our customers. As a ServiceTechnician, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to your customers and service our products to provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager. You will perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, low pressure blowers You will set, install, and pipe compressor systems. You will display the ability to absorb a higher level of learning including VSD's, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits. You will pressure wash and clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc. You will communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs You will completely fill out all service-related documentation to include service reports, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return documents, You will attend training at our Air Academy and train with Senior ServiceTechnicians You will promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment Provide a high level of customer service & respond to customer needs while working to satisfy customer expectations. You will participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager with travel to customer locations, including out-of-town and overnight travel & possible overnight travel depending on the assigned territory You will be subject to random drug testing. To succeed, you will need You have 1-2 years of technical experience in the mechanical, maintenance, or electrical field. Experience with the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics is preferred. Experience in HVAC a plus. You are able to work independently and complete tasks within assigned deadlines. You are customer-focused and take ownership of meeting the customer's needs. You can use computers to complete work orders, ordering parts and training. You can supply all basic required tools. You will participate in occasional travel to Rock Hill, SC for paid training. You are able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling. You have a basic understanding of mechanics and electrical theory. You have the ability to use computers to complete work orders A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, certifications are a plus (EPA Certified) You have a valid driver's license and are fluent in English. **Position Summary**
The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within BSRO. This role is primarily responsible for serving the Boss (customer) through assessing the Bosses' needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring Boss satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the Boss and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Hybrid Role**
Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- **75%**
Basic vehicle service tasks, Oil, tires, fluids- **25%**
Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis

May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development
Will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
**Minimum Qualifications**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and follow all safety processes and procedures including the use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Read and understand job work orders to determine job status, work authorization/limitations, estimate, description of problems and/or work scope.
Complete required documentation for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
Have the capability to work alone, as crew member, or as crew leader; Ability to work well with others in a team effort.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motors, generators, gear boxes, pumps, and numerous types of industrial equipment.
Rigging of AC and DC motors, generators, gear reducers, gear boxes, pumps, and numerous types of industrial equipment of various weights and sizes.
Maintain assigned truck and service equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Perform special projects, including large and/or special shop jobs.
Ability to understand, perform and retain various job-related training and operational and safety procedures.
Ensure customer expectations are met and questions are addressed.
Ability to travel and stay overnight on assignments.
Perform all other duties or functions as assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications:
