Piotr is a co-founder and CEO of Infermedica which is a healthcare Artificial Intelligence and machine learning company based in Poland and United States. He is an energetic IT entrepreneur with strong technical background with key interests in digital health and mobile technologies. Prior to funding Infermedica he was engaged in numerous startup ventures including a successful Polish Dropbox-clone, mobile games studio and a software house specializing on expert systems.

Board certified internist & subspecialty board certified cardiac specialist with emphasis on preventive cardiology. Founder Ventura Heart Institute (education, research & preventive cardiovascular programs), former Asst Prof Med/UCLA School of Medicine & former Asst Clin Prof Med/UC Irvine. Adjunct Lecturer, Stanford University, Department of Medicine. Undergraduate: UC Berkeley; MD & internal medicine: UC San Francisco. Initial lipid research: National Heart, Lung & Blood Institute at National Institutes of Health (NIH) in both intramural (Molecular Diseases/Lipid Metabolism Branch) & extramural (Cardiac Diseases Branch; Division of Heart & Vascular Diseases) divisions. Faculty in both Departments of Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery at Cedars-Sinai. Chair hospital IRB (x18y), founded BioEthics Committee, directed echocardiography lab. Tomasz Domino (多米诺) is a Chief Operating Officer at Infermedica and is based in Wroclaw Lower Silesian District Poland.
