Mark Slaughter has extensive experience leading disruptive technology companies providing innovative solutions to oil and gas and other industrial markets. He currently serves as CEO of Houston-based Infrastructure Networks, which provides broadband wireless services that allow oil and gas companies to achieve the benefits of a digital transformation of their field operations. He also serves on the board of Osperity, an intelligent visual monitoring firm backed by Shell Ventures. In addition, he is a co-founder of, and industry advisor to, eFrac Well Services, an electric-powered hydraulic fracturing services business. Prior to this, Slaughter was the CEO and president at RigNet (NASDAQ: RNET), a leading global provider of remote communications solutions to the oil and gas industry. Over his career, Slaughter has served in executive and management roles at Halliburton Company, Reliant Energy, United Technologies and Stratos Global Corporation. Named a 2014 EY Entrepreneur of the Year region winner and national finalist, he completed United Technologies' Executive Program at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business and attended Stanford Law School's Directors' College. Slaughter is the recipient of the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award in Energy from the Houston Technology Center. He holds an A.B., C.L.G.S. from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Stanley R. Hughey is a founding partner of Infrastructure Networks and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception. He provides the company with 23 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing carrier grade, next-generation communication networks. His experience in leveraging next-generation technology, along with his ability to assemble an experienced, results oriented executive management team allow Infrastructure Networks to follow its vision and deliver profitable, revenue generating products and services to critical infrastructure industries. A veteran of the US Navy, Stan served the naval construction force or “Seabees” in deployments around the world and with the United States State Department in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to Infrastructure Networks he served as CTO of Texas Energy Network, LLC where he was responsible for wireless technology, product development and spectrum acquisition strategy

Scott is CEO of Osperity, the leader in AI-driven Computer Vision for the industrial sectors. He is also a partner at Texas Ventures, and was previously a managing director at Garage Tech Ventures in Silicon Valley. He is also CEO/ chairman of Industrial Tech Acquisitions (NASDAQ: ITAC), a recently-funded public company evaluating acquisition targets in the technology space. Most recently, he was CEO/ chairman of Infrastructure Networks, the leading provider of LTE services for the industrial and critical infrastructure industries. Prior to that, he was a successful entrepreneur, founding two technology companies and grew revenues to over $100 million each as CEO during the last decade. Scott is a former Entrepreneur of the Year by CNN/ NASDAQ/ Ernst & Young.Scott is on the Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board at Northwestern University and an adjunct professor at the Jones Graduate MBA School at Rice University where he teaches venture capital and entrepreneurship. In addition, he is chairman of the VA-Gov Housing fund, the nation’s largest lender for the Veteran Administration’s Homeless Shelter Program. In this capacity, Scott has raised and committed over $50 million to assist veterans undergoing transitional housing needs.Originally from Virginia, Scott previously worked for Trammell Crow Group, IBM and Booz-Allen Hamilton. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
