A recent addition to the team as Chief Insurance Officer, David brings over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles to the Insurance Division at Inhabit IQ. His deep expertise in insurance, compliance, liability, and risk mitigation further enables Inhabit IQ to navigate business complexities across the entire ecosystem while simultaneously positioning the company for future growth. David has held leadership roles such as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, President and CEO at Interboro Insurance company, and Assistant Commissioner of the New Hampshire Insurance Department.

I am an operationally-focused and strategically-minded CFO with broad experience in growing companies in various industries and sizes. I thrive in dynamic and transforming environments where time-tested leadership is needed to build solid platforms for growth. I've architected several transformative events that have resulted in significant increases in shareholder values through top-line growth, efficiency gains, access to capital, and the ability to position a company to seize strategic opportunities. As CFO of Epiq, a $1BB global technology-enabled professional services firm, I am the company's financial steward and strategic partner to the CEO. I have a well-rounded executive finance and accounting leadership background with experiences that include: equity and debt transactions, private equity, entrepreneurial management, investor relations, finance and accounting management, venture capital backed transactions and M&A activities within the professional services, wholesale/retail distribution, transportation logistics, and telecom industries in enterprises ranging from startup to over $35 billion. Elizabeth, known for her high energy and tenacity, has spent the last two decades building a successful career as an operator and technology provider in the multifamily industry. Mrs. Francisco, who started her career as an onsite leasing agent, worked her way up to a VP of Operations while simultaneously helping to launch ResMan, a property management technology platform.

As a multifamily operator, she accumulated a track record for building high-performing teams that consistently exceeded their financial goals, building value for owners and investors.

As President of ResMan, she had to reinvent herself and her career to navigate the vast differences between property management and running a technology company. Very similar to how her career in property management began, she again found herself in a sink or swim situation. For over a decade, she has been instrumental in bringing ResMan's solutions to the market. Today ResMan is recognized as one of the industries leading real estate technology providers, providing innovative solutions for conventional, affordable, and commercial property managers.

Elizabeth credits her achievements to an unwavering work ethic, the ability to face challenging situations with integrity, and the belief that empowering others to succeed ensures your own. Eric brings a rare combination of corporate leadership in public companies and entrepreneurial innovation. As Chief Strategy Officer, Eric works across the Inhabit portfolio to fuel the company’s next stage of growth with a focus on go-to-market strategy, product, operations, and M&A.

In the past 15 years he’s co-founded two start-ups, led the turnaround of another, and exited all three to public entities. Most recently, Eric led ApartmentJet as CEO (acquired by Expedia Group), pioneering the convergence of Multifamily and Vacation by introducing an enterprise perspective of the sharing economy to the nation’s largest owner/operators.

Eric has held additional leadership roles as President of LeaseStar at RealPage, Inc as well as General Manager of Multifamily Solutions at Expedia Group.

Eric holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, an M.B.A. in Technology Management from University of Phoenix, and completed Executive coursework from Stanford University.
