Essential Functions
Operates envelope inserters and can sort mail
Maintain quality and production standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Verify the weight of finished product using the scales provided to ensure accurate volume of liquid is being applied to the wipe and the correct number of wipes are packed in the box.
Refer to order specification sheets to ensure product is properly packed, all labeling is properly applied, and all labels contain accurate information.
Perform other department and job-related duties as assigned

Set up and operate extrusion lines to produce plastic sheets that meet customer specifications and dimensions according to work orders.
Responsibilities
Start up, set up, operate, and tend extrusion machines
Load materials and adjust feed mechanisms
Monitor machine operations and gauges for defects or malfunctions
Stop machines when processes are complete or issues arise
Complete work orders and production reports accurately
Maintain alertness and follow safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
Tow motor driving experience
Ability to read tape measure and specifications
Knowledge of measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator)
Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs (with assist for heavier loads)
Frequent standing, walking, and lifting
Previous extrusion experience preferred
3+ years as a machine operator (plastic environment preferred)
High school diploma/GED required
Forklift certification and basic computer skills a plus
Physical Demands
Regular lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crawling
Requires use of protective gear and adherence to safety precautions
May work in areas with extreme temperatures or noise

Position Description:
An EDM operator is needed to operate the sinker/wire EDM machines. This is a 1
st
shift position, Monday - Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Essential Responsibilities:
Change and set electrodes
Read micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparator
Read blueprints
Identify visual defects
Use and check various fixtures
Identify alarm codes
Start and stop machine
Identify and correct machine operational problems
Know and understand the ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap procedures and requirements
Perform daily maintenance using a checklist
Verify settings for special process approvals
Communicate any questions and verify completeness and accuracy
Understand, use, and follow work instructions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Sinker EDM experience; preferred
Machining experience a plus
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Team player
