Yes The Sourcing Specialist III works independently and strategically to identify, project plan, implement and monitor supply chain expense or utilization opportunities to optimize total organizational expenses. As part of the Sourcing team, works collaboratively with clinical and operational leadership in a team-based environment to optimize the selection, standardization and utilization of product and services for the organization. In addition, this position has operational responsibility in collaboration with Supply Chain subdivisions to ensure that product and services are priced accurately, available timely, carried in the appropriate quantities and locations, and delivered in the most efficient manner to meet patient care needs.
Job Duties:
With a keen understanding of key business and market drivers, conducts advanced analytics and scenario-based outcome assessments to best inform business operations as to potential Total Cost of Ownership impact a category change may result in.
Optimizes product and service expense and pricing and action the pipeline assigned to generate value opportunities through supply market analysis, value analysis, benchmarking, and utilization assessment.
Conducts competitive analysis and bidding, independently develops, and executes negotiation strategies with suppliers and implements required contractual agreements for assigned product and service categories.
Evaluates all contractual agreements, proposals, and negotiates commercial terms, inclusive of business risk and adherence to guidelines established.
Post contract execution monitoring assigned portfolio expenses to ensure category/contract compliance, where applicable, enacting a semi-annual pipeline of savings of opportunities based on renegotiation, Request for Proposal, consolidation of current spends, assisting customers with procurement of non- savings related needs, adoption of best-in-class technology to perform contract management, e-sourcing, etc.
Ensures accuracy, data integrity, and validity in all work.
Performs in depth analysis on each assigned request to ensure all financial comparisons are accurate and thorough so that a comprehensive value-based decision can be made by the business.
Facilitate Value Analysis meetings, as required.
Independently develops complex bid solicitations, proposal review and vendor negotiations to optimize contractual terms including, but not limited to pricing.
Ensures all bidding activity within the category is conducted in an open, fair and transparent procurement process (may include RFI, RFP, etc.) that delivers best value with integrity and meets all ethical standards.
Demonstrates the ability to independently persuade, influence and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with vendor(s) to meet the organization's strategic objectives.
Identifies stakeholders, suppliers, team members and other vendor organizations and builds and maintains the appropriate relationship in alignment with a segmented supply strategy and builds a supplier performance management process.
Adheres to a disciplined application of standard work including standard operating procedures, tools, etc. to achieve objectives and final deliverables within a finite timescale and budget.

Role Overview
Legend Biotech is seeking a team-oriented and driven Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our External Supply and Development Strategy team within Technical Development. This role reports to the Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing and is responsible for supporting molecular and cellular sourcing strategies focused on Cell and Gene Therapy programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the External Supply and Development Strategy team to establish and maintain a non-GMP and GMP supply network for the Technical Development clinical pipeline. This individual will support the development and manufacture of early clinical starting materials, drug substances, and drug products required for Legend's investigational products. The role will collaborate with internal partners to ensure externally sourced products-such as viral vectors, plasmids, cell banks, and critical raw materials-meet health authority guidelines and global quality standards. Additionally, the Specialist will support Technical Development's internal development and GMP activities, including vendor identification and evaluation, reagent and consumable supply management, and timely processing of project-related invoices.
Key Responsibilities
Support Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing in the oversite for supply of non-GMP and GMP critical materials, including but not limited to viral vectors, plasmids, and cell banks, for use in various phases of clinical development.
Serve as a Strategic Sourcing point of contact for technical development lab for raw material consumables, and reagent sourcing activities.
Facilitate review of contracts, and implementation of contracts into the contract management and purchasing system.
Coordinate shipments between Legend and external suppliers by serving as a liaison between the logistics team and laboratories.
Oversee technical development and clinical materials inventory as needed.
Support procurement activities of clinical supply materials for internal clinical manufacturing.
Build and foster relationships with external suppliers while aligning and integrating internal SME and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure GMP practices are followed by external partners and support technical development evaluation in supplier qualification.
Support client communications related to critical raw materials development & supply for multiple clinical cell and gene therapy programs.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Immunology or other related business /biological sciences preferred.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The anticipated base pay range is:$81,273-$106,669 USD

The primary responsibility for this position is to provide technical support to all individuals assigned to the Business Office Vendor Management Team. This position requires a strong background in insurance management and an extensive understanding and demonstrated proficiently of the Vendor Management Escort workflow tracks.
The Vendor Management Specialist must exhibit strong written and communication skills with a demonstrated excellence in working with operating systems in the vendor management team which consists of but are not limited to the following: McKesson STAR, Escort, and all Microsoft Office Suite products, Med-Host, Power Chart and Quantros. This position will have oversight responsibility for the workflow of nine vendors. The management of these vendors requires a strong attention to the proper and timely flow and return of accounts from the vendors. As the primary “go to” person in vendor management, the Vendor Management Specialist must be willing to work overtime, as required, and must display the ability to manage time, juggle priorities and possess strong decision-making skills surrounding the history of accounts.
As the prime technical resource, the Vendor Management Specialist will train all new hires and staff on system upgrades, customer grievance handling and process/workflow changes. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, Malcolm Baldridge expectations, accountability and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma is required. One or two years of college preferred.
LANGUAGE: Bi-Lingual - Spanish - preferred
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years hospital business office experience or a minimum of 3 year experienced in the collection and customer service fields. Working knowledge of all types of medical insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Blue Cross, etc.) and knowledge familiarity of basic medical terminology is also required. General working knowledge of third party payers, collection procedures and collection laws. Demonstrated excellent telephone communication skills. Customer service oriented, which includes the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers, handle sensitive customer complaints/grievances in a confidential, respectful, and empathetic manner. Computer literacy is required.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The Vendor Management Specialist possesses well-developed communication, interpersonal, time management/organizational skills and interacts effectively with all levels of the organization. Due to fluctuating work volumes and time sensitivity, the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks daily is essential. This position demonstrates a strong commitment to internal and external customer service, and fulfills all educational requirements as defined by AtlantiCare and the position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Although the staff is not physically located in a hospital or clinic, visits to hospital facilities for meetings/education sessions may be required. This position requires near visual acuity, finger and hand dexterity; majority of time spent at desk/computer. This position requires walking, bending, reaching and stooping when accessing files and supplies. Position also requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Works with equipment such as: computer, fax machine, printer, copier, ACD line equipment, STAR imaging/scanning software and several other software programs required to perform the day-to-day functions of the position.

Role Overview
The Site Supply Chain Lead will be part of the Manufacturing Technical Operations team responsible for leading Supply Chain planning, inclusive of Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning, and Batch Logistics, within a personalized cell therapy-manufacturing site. This individual will partner with the plant leadership team, various Technical Operations and Quality functions to support both clinical and commercial manufacturing operations, in accordance with cGMP requirements, and company policies & procedures.
The position requires proven leadership and expertise conducting in-depth supply/capacity planning, with the ability to optimize and balance production schedules, inventory coverages, and key site operational resources to meet production slots and patient demand, while providing optimal service levels, cost adherence and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead and oversee the tactical and operational production plans for the site, in close collaboration with key cross-functional site stakeholders, and in alignment with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecast
Analyze and provide input on manufacturing capacity, develop exception planning scenarios (Short-Mid-Long range) and contingency strategies to meet manufacturing scheduling plans and patient runs
Oversee execution of the site detailed production schedule in close collaboration with Manufacturing Operations
Develop, interconnect, maintain, and actively manage functional stakeholder relationships to enable assembly and execution of an optimized/aligned plan
Lead and integrate other planners that support areas or functions and those plans into a master plant production schedule
Monitor progress-to-plan by proactively identifying threats/challenges that jeopardize the production plan and work to pull functional stakeholders together in order to prioritize and develop contingency/mitigation strategies to ensure manufacturing operations and scheduling continuity
Partner, support and communicate frequently with V2V, Manufacturing Operations, Planning & Procurement counterparts to ensure daily and longer-term production plans are successfully achieved
Develop strategic planning methodologies and tools that translate all end-to-end Manufacturing & Supply Chain requirements/activities into scalable and sustainable operations upstream/downstream
Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure uninterrupted supply of critical components.
Monitor inventory levels and implement best practices for safety stock and demand variability.
Lead and perform future forecasting analysis that maintains certain flexibility and optimized resource capacity and utilization
Design, implement and oversee execution of Supply Chain business process in SAP and other relevant manufacturing/planning systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Maintain inspection readiness and contribute to regulatory inspection support.
In depth understanding of S&OP, production planning and materials management processes
An ability to build strong partnerships and effectively integrate with external collaborators to drive projects/programs forward in a matrixed environment
Ability to work independently and successfully, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, integrate cross-functional issues and balance competing priorities effectively.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance related to manufacturing of cell based products.
Ability to promote a mindset of continuous improvement, problem solving, and prevention (Lean/Six Sigma and ASCM certifications preferred).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
A minimum of 8 years working within supply chain/operations.
Operations experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry preferred SAP and/or Oracle.
Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes. Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and Advanced Analytics), Power BI/Tableau, Word, Visio.
Hands on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP S4 Hana, Anaplan, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Binocs preferred) and advanced planning tools.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws. Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.
The anticipated base pay range is:
$142,146 - $186,567 USD

Negotiate contract terms within delegated authority and escalate as required.
Prioritize sourcing activities based on business needs, criticality, and risk.
Manage day-to-day operational decisions impacting procurement execution and supplier performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement issues and facilitate business continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma) is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of procurement or Supply Chain Experience or a advanced degree, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
Minimum 2 plus years of managerial and supervisor experience.
Experience in indirect procurement, especially in CapEx, services, and MRO categories.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/GxP) is highly preferred.
Prior experience supporting capital projects or large-scale facility operations is an advantage.
Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP (preferred), Oracle, or Coupa.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with procurement or contract lifecycle management tools is a plus.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws. Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.
The anticipated base pay range is:$107,482-$141,070 USD
