The Parts Assistant plays a key role in supporting the flow of parts and supplies throughout the repair process. What You ll Do
Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safety
Remove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes.
Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects
Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites
Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency
Promote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standards
What We re Looking For
Required:
Residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
Preferred:
Active Journeyman HVAC License
Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
Pre-Employment Requirements
