Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies Establish and maintain a cleanliness standard throughout all assigned locations/buildings There are several buildings located on site that require maintenance and cleaning
Establish communication with building/maintenance manager to ensure all locations are cleaned properly
Clean and maintain the following areas within assigned buildings: Restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, floors (including stairs and hallways), windows, office areas, foyers, boardrooms Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): Trash, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mapping, sweeping
Ability to work the hours of 4 PM - 12:30 AM Monday through Friday (total 40 hours per week)
All supplies and materials furnished by H&K Group, Inc. Ensure needed supplies and materials are communicated to the building/maintenance manager for needed availability

Provide inspection, testing services, and documentation for ready-mix plant facilities. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, facility managers, DOT personnel, and State, County, and Municipal personnel. Develop and maintain relationships with material suppliers. The Technical Services Field Testing Technician will assist the company in elevating the customers' perception and general quality of our mix designs, eliminating lost loads, generating backup data necessary for mix optimization and overseeing the inspection process of DOT jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Promote a safety attitude, contribute to the safe operation of the department, and maintain a safe, clean work area.
Use accepted methods to inspect, sample, and test materials for quality control.
Sample and test mixtures to comply with contract specifications and quality control tolerance.
Follow quality control plans and guidelines assigned.
Responsible for ensuring the proper mix design, scale weights and water demand of mix designs at batch plants.
Performs physical tests on ready-mix concrete at the plant, such as slump, entrained air, unit weight, yield, time of setting, and compressive strength.
At the point of delivery, spot checks sample physical properties as above and discusses necessary adjustments in batch weights with the Manager, plus observes workability, finish ability, and contractor's use or misuse of the product.
Performs on-site surveys of fleets and facilities producing products to be able to identify delivery problems and recommend solutions.
Performs physical tests on ready-mix concrete aggregates, such as gradations, decants, sand equivalency, specific gravity and density, and absorption.
Monitor and test process functions and materials daily to ensure our products meet or exceed the requirements of the appropriate agency or customer.
Prepare and record accurate information; maintain test results database. / Keeps a written daily log of activities and observations.
Obtain required certifications in a timely manner.
Maintain all laboratory equipment, keeping track of all certification paperwork on lab scales and other equipment that requires annual re-certification.
Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific duty.
Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
Follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
Develops and maintains appropriate working relationships so that individuals can inform Distribution, Production, and/or Sales of conditions that could adversely affect good, efficient delivery service and take necessary action to correct the condition.
Investigate and report complaints pertaining to quantity, quality, or performance.
Write job inspection reports when required.
Maintains QA/QC databases.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Experience in the collection, testing and reporting of concrete and/or aggregate samples.
Must obtain and maintain DOT certifications required to test concrete as required by state regulations.
Less than one year of experience in a related field is required.
Work Requirements
Must be 18 years in age or older.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to provide valid documentation for Form I-9.
Must adhere strictly to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities
Assist in installation, set up, and maintenance of equipment

The hiring range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00. This pay range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Read, follow, and verify work orders to insure product is manufactured to specification.
Properly complete electronic Material Log sheets every shift.
Change materials as required.
Identify raw materials and label correctly.
Properly program, set up, and operate entire material handling system including blenders, dryers, hoppers and grinder evacuation units.
Troubleshoot and correct common material and material system problems.
Complete moisture tests daily on Max 4000XL Moisture Analzyer and document results.

Perform daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly cycle counts of raw material as needed.
Change, clean and maintain all pump filters in material system as required.
Unload "Bulk Material Trucks" into proper silo, following specific work instructions.
Verify Closed loop regrind systems are in place and working.
Mix raw materials as needed using the correct formulas.
Other Functions
Complete routine housekeeping to ensure that the material handling areas are keep clean and organized by following daily and weekly cleaning procedures.
Attend and successfully complete forklift certification.

How You'll Contribute:
The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. Field Engineer - HVAC Test and Balance Technician -
This is where you come in
We're seeking a HVAC Test and Balance Technician to perform certified and non-certified TAB services on commercial HVAC systems. You'll verify system performance against engineered design plans and support a variety of commercial retail, design-build, and healthcare projects using company-provided tools while collaborating with clients and trade partners.

Standards and Hiring Requirements:
* Experienced TAB technicians encouraged to apply, including those not yet certified
* Certification preferred; equivalent TAB experience accepted with commitment to certify
* Candidates must begin certification process within 90 days of hire (company supports training and preparation)
* New-to-TAB hires are paired with a mentor for approximately six months before independent assignments
* One-year employment commitment applies for company-funded certifications

Compensation & Benefits
This position is open to both union and non-union candidates.
Pay Range: $25 - $70 per hour
Placement within the range is based on years of experience for non-union employees and by the collective bargaining agreement for union employees.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead field crews in all aspects of water/wastewater mechanical equipment repairs and maintenance at both pump stations and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on pumps, motors, blowers, and related process equipment.
Must have basic knowledge in phases of general construction.
Perform laser shaft alignment and vibration testing. Hands-on training available.
Minor welding or fabrication as needed.
Coordinate work with plant operators; provide clear status updates and mentor junior technicians.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and confined-space safety protocols; complete service reports and daily logs.
Operate a company-owned mechanic's truck (with crane) throughout the tri-state region; obtain/maintain DOT medical card.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
Qualifications
