Job Description Paraprofessional Rate: Up to $20 per hour Focused Staffing Group is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Paraprofessionals to assist teachers in our partner school. A Paraprofessional worker is responsible for working individually with children with special needs. This individual implements methods and interventions from the treatment plan to help the student develop necessary skills and be successful.
