Hamshire-Fannett ISD seeks individuals that have a passion for teaching but may not have finished their degree. The district has started a "Grow-Your-Own" program aimed at non-degree individuals who are willing to work as a teaching associate full-time will completing their degree online. Selected candidates will earn an associate salary and benefits, and get college tuition and fees paid by the district. In addition, the district will also fund the associate's certification process. The audiology position is mainly based in the audiology facility and will supervise doctoral students.
